Express delivery is available on most items.

Dials cost £9.35 to send to anywhere in the U.K..
DHL Express letters are usually delivered to UK addresses next day but orders must be placed before 1:00pm.
A set of Sill plates or a SMALL radiator grille costs £9.75 to send to anywhere in the U.K.
Larger and bulky items cost from £11.75 to UK addresses depending on size and weight of the package.
If you are not likely to be at the address when delivery is attempted then we will be happy to send your order to a different address where someone will be there to sign for the delivery i.e. your work address etc.
Delivery cannot be guaranteed during bank holiday periods.
Items are not dispatched during the period between 24th December and 3rd January.

This is determined by the weight or size of the package.
This service is by DHL or a similar courier and is fully tracked and is usually delivered within five days. Often overnight to EU and US locations.
Some destinations and the shipping cost are displayed on the item page. If your location is not displayed then please email us with the full shipping address and post/zip code, we will reply with an accurate shipping cost for you.
You as the recipient are responsible for paying any import duty or other customs payments required for imported items.
If the wrong destination or shipping cost is selected then we will contact you for the balance payment if required or refund any overpayment. If no reply to our request is received we will refund your payment and cancel the order.
