We want to help you get your car on the road so before you contact us please note the following:
There are a variety of dials fitted into vehicles of the same model at the time of manufacture so vin/chassis numbers do not help us in identifying the correct one for your vehicle.
If you have an enquiry about a dial on our website or you are not sure which dial face you need then please email a good quality, clear photo of your dials, taken in DAYLIGHT from the drivers seat, to help us identify them and deal with your enquiry more quickly.
Please help us to help you by taking careful note of the following information.
- We need to see as much detail as possible including warning light icons. Switching the ignition and the lights on and opening the door, bonnet, boot etc. to activate the warnings will assist in us identifying the correct dial for you.
- Please do not use internet or other images as these may not be the same as your dials in small but important details, we need to see your dials.
- Please send your photos using the upload facility in the Contact Form.
- Photos need to be .jpg or .png files.
